Our Story
Established in 2025, our firm was launched after the founder, Cornelius D. Jones, Ph.D., decided to leverage his 25 years of organizational leadership experience and business acumen to help leaders in companies improve their processes to prioritize their people.
He is a prominent, sought-after author and business consultant who has consulted with over a dozen business owners. He is universally considered an outlier by colleagues and clients, as being insightful and well-respected.
As a new firm, our story has just begun to be written, and we are all excited to contribute to it.
