Founded in 2025, our company emerged after the founder, Cornelius D. Jones, Ph.D., chose to utilize his 25 years of experience in organizational leadership and business strategy to assist leaders in organizations to enhance their processes, focus on their teams, and recognize potential blind spots that could be harmful.
He is a well-known, in-demand author and business advisor who has worked with over a dozen business owners to develop operating procedures. He is widely regarded as an outlier by peers and clients and is known for his insight and high respect.
